  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information when applicable.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location. Exact rates will be calculated at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your shipment’s status on the carrier’s website.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Lost: Please allow additional time for delivery, especially during peak seasons. If still not received, contact us for help with filing a claim.

  • Damaged: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and items. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
