Refunds & Returns

At Commerce Craze, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.

  • You must request a return within 15 days of delivery.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or clearance items (marked “Final Sale”)

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods (if applicable)

  • Personal care or hygiene products (if opened)

  • Customized or personalized items


3. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos (if applicable, e.g., for damaged or defective items)

We’ll review your request and provide return instructions, including the return address.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@commerce-craze.com

  • Include your order number and photos of the issue

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.

  2. Contact your payment provider—it may take a few days to process.

  3. Still no refund? Contact us at support@commerce-craze.com
